Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery

Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as an estimate only, if no date is specified for delivery of the goods, delivery shall be within a reasonable time.

Subject to the other provisions of these Terms, eGlobal shall not be liable for any loss, whether direct or consequential, economic or loss of profits or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly out of any delay in the delivery of the Goods nor will any delay entitle the Buyer to terminate or rescind the Contract unless the delay exceeds 60 days.

    My order was placed specifically for a product that was shown as being in stock. I have paid the delivery charges for the product to be dispatched to me in 5 working days. All I am asking is if the product has been dispatched from your warehouse. Is that so difficult? My payment was made very promptly and I expected to receive the product by now! Could you be more specific about your delivery. You mislead people...

    As this has happened to me also, I can only conclude that this how the company operates.

    Why are they listing items on ebay that they have no stock of !

    Ditto all the above. My item was advertised as in stock and delivery within 3-5 days. Now I'm told it is out of stock.
    Just expect the same courtesy as given when paying promptly.

    yep, same here. I asked about the product I purchased and I was sent here, which has nothing to do with my question... Previous purchases were great, so let's hope it's just one of those silly mistakes...

    I have the same issue....If the product is not in stock, they should tell about it before hand and not make people wait. Also they do not have a phone inquiry system to get fast communication......what is that all about???

    Eglobal is giving me the best support ever. I accidentally placed and paid an item and forgot to sign in. The order was registered as a guest and did not appear in my account details. They merged the order to my accountdetails on request. Outstanding service!

    I to am annoyed that the advertised stock is not available. I was informed that new stock was arriving the next day and that my order would be processed promptly. Ok I can wait. Five days later nothing. I get no response to emails.I just want to know what is going on with my order and when I might expect the product I have paid for.

    Same same.. ordered and its not in stock. 2-3 working day is a pile of crap. I was buying for someones birthday.. looks like that will never happen. Super unhappy and will never buy from these guys again if I need the item by when they say it will be delivered on the site.

    Also it took 1.5 working day for them to even let me know that they didn't have the item in stock.

    Mmmm - read the reviews of this company - all seemed OK. I can only think that the reviews were all written by them. Item listed as in stock - no word after 9 days, only responded when I queried the delay. Item now "out of stock, would I like to order something different?". NO! I would like them to deliver the item I ordered and PROMPTLY PAID for! They were quick to deduct the funds. Given the number of complaints above, I will be referring them to scam watch and the fraud watch dog.

    I've just made a first-time purchase a few days ago from these guys and after reading all this feedback, I'm starting to feel a little nervous!

    I just ordered something which says the wait could be 4-7 days from when its delivered to the warehouse. I've then been informed that its going to take up to 4 weeks with no guarantee. As many people have stated. You should really show this information before final payment. I'm sure the ACCC wouldn't find this amusing at all

    OMG this eglobal. I ordered camera and after two day they told me (Kit Box) only. I paid extra money for delivery which said 2-3 day but it took 1 week and i missed my big event. What a shame?

    Wow EGlobal. :/

    I watched the screen for three days looking at "Processing". How long does it take to process? Its not like it has to be created. I have asked for my money back as I am not prepared to look at that screen any longer or the next notification for yet another few days. I will take all my money back. There should not be a cent less. Will buy elsewhere where it is cheaper by a $100, ships same day and at the door in 3.

    Please send a full refund asap to my Paypal.
