Paid on the 19th! It is the 27th and no sight of a camera I needed urgently!!
Also NOT using any of the reputable couriers on the web site!! Unheard of company with no street address and telephone number that I tried 50 times NO answer. The tracking stated the camera was delivered 2X in Perth. How do you explain that?!!

" We will cover 100% of the order in case parcel lost during transition if customer choose to purchase the insurance. If not, eGlobal Digital Cameras will not cover any of the lost..."

The sentence is incomplete and does not state clearly what you will not cover.

Also (for "Insured Economy Express Shipping") do you cover damage? My concern is that there is only cover for lost so this is not very clear. The main reason for insurance is for cover on damage through the  shipping process. Damage is more likely to occur than loss.
